Sub :	Estt – I & CAD Dept - Rule of Reservation in promotion to the posts of Deputy Executive Engineer / Executive Engineer etc in the hierarchy under handicapped - Reg.

            All the Circle / Unit Officers are hereby informed that orders have been issued in the G.O. 1st read above, duly providing reservations in promotions in favour of Disable employees as a measure of encouragement in all services of State Government where the cadre strength is more than 5.

            Government in memo 2^nd read above directed to implement the 3% reservation for differently abled persons in promotions in APES and APESS for all those categories where the recruitment policy itself permits their recruitment into APES and APESS as per the orders issued in G.O.Ms. No. 42 Department for Women, Children, Disabled & Senior Citizen (DW)) dated 19.10.2011.

            Hence all the Circle /Unit officers are hereby requested to obtain the particulars of differently abled employees working under their administrative control such as differently abled certificates issued by the concerned medical board and submit to this office duly certifying the genuineness of the certificates as per G.O.Ms. No. 22 Department for Women, Children, Disabled & Senior Citizen (DW)) dated 07.07.2008 in respect of Deputy Executive Engineer / Assistant Executive Engineer / Assistant Engineers and Technical Officers in the following proforma immediately for taking necessary action.
